How do I update my bank and card details?
In light of the current COVID-19 we will not be accepting any new loan applications. The well-being of our customers is of absolute priority and therefore we ask you to contact us via chat, email or phone if you have an existing account and require any help.

Once your loan has been repaid, if you would like to update your bank account details before you apply for a new loan, please Contact us with your full name, bank account number and sort code, and the team will update your account.
Please remember that when you apply for your next loan, if you validate a new card during the application process this will not automatically update your associated bank details. So you should update these in advance of your next loan application as advised above so that your new loan is paid into the correct account.
